I'm Roman — I design and build scalable websites. From Figma concepts to advanced Webflow implementation. One partner for the entire journey. I understand your business first, then build around it.

2A Talent is an elite European agency representing professional dancers and athletes. Their existing site looked generic and couldn't support the operational needs of a growing B2B business — casting directors had no way to browse 50+ performers efficiently or submit inquiries at scale.
I treated this as a B2B sales infrastructure project. I built a relational CMS in Webflow, manually migrating all talent data without loss. On top of that, I developed a custom JS wishlist tool — clients can curate selections, generate shareable links, and submit bulk inquiries without leaving the page. Full English/German localization, instant filtering, and JSON-LD schema for search and AI visibility.
The site was technically ready for search from day one — clean structure, schema markup, and no indexing issues. Inbound booking requests came in before any paid promotion. The 2A Talent team now manages their full roster independently, without touching code.
Flask Coffee makes exceptional roasts, but their digital presence didn't match the product. With no e-commerce infrastructure, they were limited to local foot traffic — and updating the menu required contacting a developer.
I approached this as a business expansion project. I designed a mobile-first interface in Figma — 80% of their customers browse on phones — and built a fully custom shopping experience in Webflow. Staff can now update prices, add seasonal drinks, or mark items as sold out in seconds via CMS connected to Airtable. GSAP animations and a custom map integration round out the experience.
The platform opened a second revenue stream for Flask Coffee. Online orders for beans started coming in within the first week of launch. The team now has full control over content without relying on technical support.
A business coach hit a ceiling with manual 1-on-1 work. He needed a platform to sell recorded courses — but was still manually sending invoices and course files, with no system to track students or handle payments.
I built a fully automated platform, not just a website. Memberstack handles sign-ups, payments, and instant dashboard access. Make.com connects everything behind the scenes: when a payment goes through, the student lands in Airtable, an onboarding email sequence fires, and the coach gets a Slack notification. The coach can upload new lessons via the Webflow Editor in minutes.
The course launched successfully, generating passive income from day one. Administrative workload dropped by 90%, freeing the coach to focus on content instead of operations.
Just Knife manufactures high-end, precision-crafted knives. Their physical product was exceptional — their digital presence wasn't. Generic e-commerce templates couldn't capture the brand's character, and they had no direct sales channel.
I designed a minimalist, brand-centric interface in Figma — strong typography, dark textured backgrounds, high-resolution product photography. The visual language mirrors the precision and strength of the knives. Built on Webflow E-commerce with a seamless, secure checkout from product discovery to purchase.
The site elevates Just Knife to a premium level online — a digital flagship that builds brand prestige and drives direct-to-consumer sales automatically.
VeryScam is a pre-seed AI startup building a deepfake detection product. Before launch, they had no credible web presence — just a rough AI-generated page that wouldn't hold up in front of investors or early users. The product also needed to resonate with two very different audiences: tech-wary adults 40+ and a younger, digitally native crowd.
I treated this as a brand credibility project. I built a clear narrative structure in Figma — hook, problem, solution — with custom 3D icons to make deepfake detection feel accessible, not technical. Built in Webflow with a Mailchimp-powered waitlist form, GSAP animations, and strategically placed trust signals and founder credentials throughout.
The founders now have a credible presence they can share with investors and press with confidence. Visitors immediately understand what VeryScam does. The waitlist is live and capturing early adopters ahead of launch.
